About Emma
I was born and raised between the small cities of Tulsa and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Some of my earliest memories involve performing, or wishing to, so I couldn’t tell you exactly when that bug bit me! As a kid, I spent my summers at various musical theater camps and intensives, including Kristin Chenoweth’s Broadway Bootcamp. After attending as a student, I became a counselor and assistant to Kristin throughout my time there.
Eventually, my studies led me to Oklahoma City University where I studied and graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Music Theatre and I couldn't be more excited to make the move to New York City in the fall. Some of my recent theatre credits have included Bright Star, Cabaret, and Shrek: The Musical. I have always loved the theatre’s ability to communicate and evoke emotion. The relationship between performer and audience is personal, vulnerable, and beautiful.
In my free time I like to decompress by embroidering, crocheting, learning new magic tricks or looking up to a sky that reminds me how grand this world is.
I’m really glad you’ve stopped in.
